OVERVIEW: El Sazón is a food stand stationed on a cross street with picnic table seating and a place that has become the go-to after-hour taco spot. Oh and it’s open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Known for their amazing fajita tacos and extra cheesy quesadillas. 

PROBLEM: With a loyal clientele and great sales from their food stand they felt it was time to open a brick and mortar full service restaurant. They were set to up a new location so an official logo and new menu design were needed to start creating a brand awareness of their move into the full service restaurant space. 

SOLUTION: A new logo along with direct door mailers announcing the grand opening were created and sent out via USPS. A large above counter menu was created for easy ordering upon walking through the doors that was big enough for even the people in the back of the line to see. Full menu design was also translated into a togo menu and the brands integrity of were it started was never lost because the story of the first food stand was told on every instance of their marketing.
