OVERVIEW: Qlaborate’s mission is to help create thriving restaurants and a better quality of life for our restaurateurs. Through our defined process and by implementing the best possible POS system, we set up our customers for long term success.
PROBLEM: It all started with an outdated website. According to some customers’ feedback their website was not looking too… trustworthy. Customers were having a hard time navigating the site and even assuming that it was a fraudulent online point-of-sale company. Their overall website and brand was not creating the the confidence that customers wanted in order to reach out about their point-of-sale needs.
SOLUTION: Qlaborate was in a need of a rebrand overhaul and with that came and all new website along with a completely revamped message, direction and positioning. The unique offerings Qlaborate has available positioned them perfectly for restaurateurs and other small business looking for a POS solution without a large initial capital investment. A new message, revamped logo and marketing material gave them the strong brand identity to compete in a fierce market.
